bought a cheap ticket to Bulgaria lost in the back of the train I held on to a bottle of whiskey   tears dripping from my dark glasses   seeing only the past and everyone leaving as blue mountains went by your pale hair a nest of wild mice and little birds singing to the sky your flute of dreams where sad at first it cried with me like a friend would do then the past departed from the train   as green valleys went by
